You ask why I do Art and I answer because its all I know. I have never been this person or that person. I havent been blessed with what others might have all I have is my art. Its been one of two things in my life that has remained very consistent . In what ever form it might be whether it's been photography, painting, or even sculpture its always been in my life. In my art I like to raise certain feelings in people. To hopefully make them aware of something that they have not thought before. Sometimes to even view the consequences of their actions.

I've been drawing all my life but it wasnt until 2004 that I had chosen to become an artist. At the time I was in Papalutla,Oaxaca working on my photography. In a way I was documenting a changing landscape. On a last minute notice I left in the middle of the night for Puebla. Not knowing what I was in for I packed light and I was off when I finally got there it was just before dawn. To my amazement I found a city very rich in art. It was there in that city that I rediscovered my passion for art. It was here where I would see a painting a painting that would move me so deeply so much that it would drastically alter my future and change the path that my life was headed on.
